Kinotakara is applied best over night (ideal for 8 - 10 hours) on the soles. On the soles there over 60 of the 360 acupuncture points of the body. During the application of Kinotakara pad you can wear socks without any complications. In most cases it also appears meaningful, because there are many liquid solved cinder materials which are released to the Kinotakara pad.Kinotakara can also be directly stuck on the concerned and hurting points (joints, necks - particularly for restraints or headache, etc..) or on the spinal column. In such cases the Kinotakara pad can be carried also up to 24 hours.
- Before the application of the Kinotakara pad a basic foot bath is recommendable, which cleans the feet on one hand and prepares the body for the removal of slag on the other.
